In this 3-day program, you will receive a comprehensive review of your business to identify gaps you may have overlooked and learn new strategies for improving your pricing, marketing, and client relationships. Each day will include a mix of classroom-style sessions and hands-on activities, including an optional photo shoot, coaching on a boat, and more! And with only 7 spots available, you'll receive personalized attention and tailored training to meet your specific needs.

Nicole Begley, M.Photog.Cr., CPP, is a zoological animal trainer turned pet photographer and educator. She is also mildly obsessed with numbers, Trello boards, pricing, and all aspects of running a business. Nicole has taken that passion to create Hair of the Dog Academy, an online community in which she empowers pet photographers to turn their dreams into reality and helps them create successful and profitable businesses.

Nicole has been honored to speak at many conferences and events and has hosted workshops domestically and in many of the far corners of our incredible planet since 2014.

Heather Lahtinen

Flourish Academy

If Heather was a superhero, she'd be Wolverine. With her gleaming talons she'll shred your self-limiting beliefs, freeing you to not only dream big, but to actually achieve massive success.

While it seems like giant finger-blades would be incompatible with a keyboard, Heather's also an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop. No stranger to teaching, she's helped students with Lightroom and Photoshop for years and is the founder of Flourish Academy. Although she comes from the world of wedding and portrait photography, Heather loves animals, especially cats and chickens, just as much as the rest of us.
